Founded by Mr. D.K.Kaushik, the organization is carrying the multidisciplinary and strong technical experience, yet it constantly strives to improve its performance with the help of latest technologies, tools & equipment.

Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Kaushik
The founder, Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Kaushik is a very Dynamic & young Professional with over 20 years of vast experience in construction of large size projects like Five Star Hotels, Factories, Logistic Parks, Universities, Infrastructure/Logistic Parks, Residential, SEZ and Wind Farms development projects. Prior to founding STRUCTOWELL, associated with large construction MNC’s like L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, JMC Projects, Enercon(I) Ltd., and had a rich experience & expertise in project management, planning, executing and spearheading- EPC, Turnkey, Design & Build, SEZ construction projects.
His handful experience is backed with strong academics as PG in Construction Management from NICMAR, B.E. in Civil Engg., Diploma in Rail Transport & Management, Diploma in Civil Engg, and E-Learning/Certificate Course in “Safety at Construction Sites” from National Safety Council of India with A Grade.
he has also attended prestigious training programs in Project Management, Planning & Leadership from reputed institutions like IIT Chennai, Pragati Leadership, RICS & Liverpool John Moors University, (U.K.).
